What are the reasons why an oil-cooled machine is not cooling?

Why is the oil cooling mechanism ineffective or not cooling after being started? How to solve these problems? If it is a new machine that does not cool or the oil temperature cannot be lowered, it is mostly due to insufficient cooling capacity of the oil cooling mechanism.

Why is the oil cooling mechanism ineffective or not cooling after startup? How to solve these problems? If a newly purchased machine does not cool or the oil temperature does not drop, it is mostly due to insufficient cooling capacity of the oil cooling mechanism. In this case, you can replace it with an oil cooling unit with a larger cooling capacity as needed. Also, inform the manufacturer of the distance between the oil cooler and the equipment to be cooled. If the on-site pipeline is too long or too small, resulting in insufficient voltage, this will also affect the cooling effect of the unit.

1. Lack of maintenance of the oil cooling unit: If the oil cooler is not cleaned for a long time, dust and dirt will easily adhere to it, which may affect the cooling effect of the equipment, and in severe cases, it may even directly affect the service life of the oil cooling unit. Solution: Clean the fan condenser.

2. Insufficient refrigerant, also known as Freon, commonly known as "refrigerant" (old machines running for a long time). Solution: Add an appropriate amount of refrigerant according to the cooling capacity of the unit.

3. Leaks in the oil cooling unit cause refrigerant leakage, affecting cooling. Solution: 1. If there are leaks in the refrigerant pipeline, use a welding tool to re-weld the leaks. If the fusible plug leaks, replace it with a new part. After confirming that there are no leaks, add an appropriate amount of refrigerant.
