I. After-sales Service
1. Our company provides a 12-month warranty for the entire system (or as per the contract).
2. This warranty covers the system's internal components, pipelines, circuits, compressors, water pumps, fans, controllers, valves, and sensors; however, it excludes consumable parts such as filters, insulation, fuses, packaging, and labels.
3. During the warranty period, if a malfunction occurs in the above-mentioned warranted items during normal use, our company or the parts supplier will provide free repair service with the product warranty card. However, damage caused by human error or natural disasters such as floods, fires, earthquakes, or other calamities is not covered by this warranty. The warranty is limited to mainland China.
4. If equipment malfunctions, the using department should contact the manufacturer immediately, cooperate in determining the cause of the malfunction, and promptly resolve it; if the on-site personnel cannot handle it after communication, professional personnel are needed for repair. Improper repair or handling may lead to water leakage, electric shock, fire, and casualties.
5. If the equipment needs to be moved and reinstalled, contact the manufacturer in advance to determine the installation location and space.
6. When reporting equipment malfunctions, please provide the following details:
Unit model, manufacturing date, and unit number
Detailed description of the malfunction
Company name, address, and telephone number

II. Post-Warranty Service
1. Promptly answer user questions and provide professional technical support;
2. If on-site repair is required, provide a detailed service list and quotation.

III. Maintenance and Inspection
1. Air-cooled chillers require regular cleaning of the finned condenser to ensure efficient heat dissipation; otherwise, the unit's performance will decrease, and energy consumption will increase;
2. Regularly replace the circulating water in the water tank to prevent water pollution and blockage of pipelines;
3. In addition to daily maintenance, it is recommended to perform a complete unit maintenance every 6 months to ensure normal operation.
