Precautions for the initial installation of an industrial chiller
Precautions for the initial installation of an industrial chiller: 1. After unpacking the new machine, check the accessories against the packing list to avoid any missing parts that may prevent the chiller from being installed correctly. 2. Ensure that the chiller's operating voltage is stable and normal.
Initial Installation Precautions for Industrial Chillers: 1
After unpacking the new machine, check the accessories against the list to avoid installation problems due to missing parts.
Initial Installation Precautions for Industrial Chillers: 2
Ensure the chiller's operating voltage is stable and normal.
Ensure the power socket is well-connected and the ground wire is reliably grounded. Note that the chiller's power cord and socket must be properly connected, and the voltage must be stable. The normal operating voltage for standard Teyi Electromechanical chillers is 210~240V (100~120V for 110V models). If a wider operating voltage range is required, it can be customized separately.
Initial Installation Precautions for Industrial Chillers: 3
Mismatched power frequency can damage the machine.
Use a 50Hz or 60Hz model according to the actual situation.
Initial Installation Precautions for Industrial Chillers: 4
Strictly prohibit dry running.
The water tank is drained before the new machine is packed. Please ensure that the water tank is filled with water before starting the machine; otherwise, the water pump is easily damaged. When the water level in the water tank is below the green (NORMAL) range on the water level gauge, the cooling capacity of the cooling system will slightly decrease. Please ensure that the water level in the water tank is within the green (NORMAL) range on the water level gauge. Strictly prohibit using the circulation pump to drain water!
Initial Installation Precautions for Industrial Chillers: 5
Ensure that the chiller's air intake and exhaust passages are unobstructed.
The air outlet on top of the chiller should be at least 50cm away from obstacles, and the air intake on the side should be at least 30cm away from obstacles. Ensure that the chiller's air intake and exhaust passages are unobstructed!
